By registering or using this portal you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
No fees
Registration, shortlisting and placement through the Bureau are free of charge. No officer, agent or intermediary is authorised to request payment. Any demand for money should be reported to the Secretariat immediately.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail and document you submit. Falsified qualifications, identity documents or work history will result in permanent removal from the database and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Employer obligations
Employers must be duly registered, must advertise genuine vacancies with accurate terms, must respect Nigerian labour law and local content requirements, and must use applicant data solely to assess candidates for the advertised role.
Merit and non-discrimination
Shortlisting is based on advertised requirements only. Discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, family house or political affiliation is prohibited, as is any attempt to influence selection informally.
Account security
Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Availability and liability
The Bureau works to keep the portal available and accurate but does not guarantee employment, uninterrupted service, or the conduct of third-party employers.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
